Digitising Service

What is Embroidery Digitizing?

Before any design can be Embroidered, it must be digitized.
Embroidery digitizing is the process of converting existing artwork like a company logo or team emblem into a stitch file that an embroidery machine can sew on a garment.

At All Stitched Up we use the latest Wilcom embroidery software and keep up to date with the latest techniques and developments in the industry. This software runs alongside Corel Draw allowing us to work with your graphics to refine and perfect them for embroidery or take your idea and create a graphic logo from scratch.

Once the design has been digitized, it is passed to the file format corresponding to the embroidery machine to use. At All Stitched Up we convert artwork into computerized stitch instructions which are then transferred upon your chosen item.

How much does it cost?

The cost of embroidery is worked out on the amount a materials used in the design. The more stitches in a design the more it will cost. If you would like an estimate of cost for your logo upload your file below.

Embroidery delivers a high quality finish that’s very hard wearing. In fact it will often outlast the garment itself so it is well worth the investment for professional looking uniforms.

Artwork Requirements

Vector images are the ideal format to work from as they allow for more flexibility when digitizing.  Examples of vector file types we can use are .eps, .ai, .pdf and .svg

If you need your embroidery file sent to you we can supply you with your choice of embroidery file format.

A dst. File is one of the most versatile file types which many embroidery machines can run however if you have a specific file type for your machine or embroidery service just let us know as we are able to convert to nearly all formats.

The file that we supply will be hand digitised not auto digitised allowing us to ensure that it will not only look fantastic stitched out but will run smoothly and efficiently on the machine.

Every logo will be test stitched on our machine to ensure they look perfect.
